Soggy Socks

02/18/2014 Hullo. This is my email. It's late because yesterday was Prez day. I'm sure yall noticed. Had an awesome week! I love Sister Gunderson. Seriously. The lord knows. He just knows. She's already making life better. I was super stressed last Tuesday night and when we got home I just dropped everything and laid down on the floor. My cute little sister just says, Hey! get in that chair! I'm going to rub your back! I wasn't going to but then she counted to three. So I had to :) She's so awesome. haha! So Sister Gundy and I did not have a car this week and had to walk everywhere because there was too much snow to bike. Let's just say my boots are not snow boots. My blisters could tell you that! But blisters mean you're a good missionary so it's ok :) But my socks were soaked through especailly when it was getting really slushy. We only walked about 3 miles to an appointment, and we would tract in that area until a memeber picked us up for dinner. FUN! On of the days I didn't really know where I was going and we ended up along the freeway. then the side walk ended. then the grass just turned into bushes. It was actually really funny at the time. But once the snow melted we were back on bikes. I feel like the bike expert now and I'm still not very good. Ok funny/ awesome stories of the week: So one afternoon we were calling some old investigators from the area book trying to get some appointments and Sister Gunderson accidently called the wrong person. Being the awesome missionary that she is, she tried to bring up the gospel. So when she said she had the wrong number the guy was like that's ok everyone makes mistakes. Then she replies, " THANK GOODNESS WE HAVE THE ATONEMENT." really awkwardly... then silence fell. Then she just said goodbye. I was rolling on the floor laughing!!! hahaha! man! I'm such a good mama! But really it was so funny. Maybe you just had to be there Ok sorry I don't have a lot of time to write more! we only got an hour on the computer today! But more next time!! WOOO! Ok awsome pictures. We had like a half hour before the next computer in the library was open and one of the other sisters and I took some awesome pics in our thrift awesomeness.
